The scheme features a large
standard en-suite study bedroom layout of 17.5 sqm, offering additional space
for seating and storage, alongside a selection of studio flats and ancillary
accommodation to support a range of student living arrangements.
Cooper Homewood were appointed
to provide the full design, from concept design, through to detailed working
drawings.
Our team ensured that the building services were fully integrated with the architectural vision while addressing performance, comfort, and energy efficiency.
In addition to the core MEP design,
Cooper Homewood delivered a range of supplementary services, including
energy modelling, overheating risk assessments, and the management of utility
applications and diversion works. These services supported the delivery
of a high-quality, sustainable residential environment tailored to modern
graduate living.
