This development delivered approximately 2,200 homes, supported by a continuous basement car park that link each phase of the masterplan.

Cooper Homewood were appointed to provide a wide-ranging scope of services, including RIBA Stage 4 detailed design for mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) services.

Our team also carried out technical monitoring of contractor-designed elements, site inspections, and commissioning witnessing prior to handover, ensuring compliance with performance standards and design intent.

In addition, Cooper Homewood delivered a suite of post-occupancy services including customer care support, user guide preparation, and ongoing performance monitoring of installed engineering systems. Notably, we designed and oversaw the installation of the site’s central energy centre, a key infrastructure component supporting the phased delivery of energy-efficient homes across the entire development.
