Cooper Homewood were appointed to undertake the detailed MEP design for multiple residential blocks within the development. As the project progressed, the overall energy and building services strategy underwent a significant transformation from the original masterplan. Cooper Homewood played a central role in shaping and implementing this revised strategy to align with evolving sustainability and performance goals.
The apartments were designed to include high-end engineering features such as comfort cooling, whole-house mechanical ventilation, integrated audio-visual systems, and advanced lighting control. Throughout the construction phase, Cooper Homewood closely monitored the service installations to ensure quality, compliance, and seamless coordination with the wider project team.
