This mass density residential project is located in Southwest London, close to Imperial Wharf, Chelsea Harbour and the famous Kings Road. Cooper Homewood were appointed to undertake a range of services on this project, including RIBA stage 4 detailed design, technical monitoring of contractor design elements, site inspections and witnessing prior to handover. Cooper Homewood also offered a range of complimentary services such as customer care with post-occupation surveys, user guides and continuous monitoring of the engineering services.
