6 Agar Street

This project comprised the major refurbishment of an existing office building in London’s West End, aiming to significantly enhance both functionality and commercial value.

The works included the complete reconfiguration and reconstruction of the main vertical core, the creation of additional office accommodation on two sides of the internal lightwell, and the provision of an enlarged and fully refurbished entrance facility. Further office space was added at roof level, maximising the building’s usable area while maintaining architectural cohesion.

Cooper Homewood were appointed to deliver the detailed mechanical and electrical (MEP) design for the development.

In addition, we provided ongoing support to the M&E installer throughout the construction phase, offering technical input and coordination through to the successful completion of the project. Our involvement ensured that the building services were integrated efficiently and aligned with the overall refurbishment goals.
