Although situated in close proximity, the two facilities supported distinct operational activities. Wallgate operates as a manufacturing and processing company, while Naish Felts focus on clean manufacturing processes with an increased emphasis on storage capacity and product distribution logistics.
The project comprised the construction of the new Wallgate & Naish Felt factories. Both new building comprised of office, storage and warehouse space, with the Naish Felts building being 1950sqm and the Wallgate building being 3270sqm. Cooper Homewood were appointed to undertake the full-detailed design, including all specifications and drawings, across both factories..
