Cooper Homewood were appointed to support a series of key infrastructure and building services within the hospital. Our involvement spanned multiple workstreams, including significant upgrade works to the Pathology building to improve operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards. We also undertook the design and coordination of modifications to the existing fume extraction systems, ensuring improved safety and air quality control in specialist laboratory environments.
In addition, Cooper Homewood delivered remedial works associated with the medical gas alarm systems to enhance monitoring and safety measures across critical care areas. The scope of works also included the upgrade of cold-water storage systems, contributing to improved resilience and performance of the hospital’s wider water infrastructure. These projects collectively formed part of the hospital’s ongoing investment in modernising essential services and maintaining a safe, functional, and compliant healthcare environment.
