This contemporary home was
thoughtfully designed to harmonise with its natural surroundings, blending
modern architectural features with a sensitivity to the character and heritage
of the local environment.
The home is approximately 650 m², constructed over three floors in the heart of the New Forest National Park. The property features five bedrooms and five bathrooms at ground floor level, with a master suite comprising bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
Primary living spaces and kitchen
areas were arranged across both the ground and first floors to maximise views
and functionality. The home also included an internal double garage and an
external swimming pool, enhancing its luxury residential appeal.
Cooper Homewood were appointed to
deliver the detailed design of the mechanical, electrical, and public health
(MEP) services. Our role also extended to site-based supervision, ensuring
high-quality installation and compliance with the design intent throughout the
construction phase.
