The new facility included a lounge and
dining area, kitchen, WCs, a study zone, and a dedicated rest area — all
designed to provide a comfortable and functional environment for junior doctors
during their shifts.
Cooper Homewood were appointed to
deliver RIBA Stages 3-6.
Our involvement included the preparation of fully detailed and coordinated working drawings to support the construction phase. In addition to the core design services, Cooper Homewood also offered optional post-design support in the form of site inspections and reporting, undertaken by our engineers during RIBA Stages 5 and 6, to ensure quality and compliance were maintained throughout the build.
