The development offered a variety of
accommodation, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, designed
to support a diverse urban community.
In addition to residential units, the
site featured a comprehensive suite of lifestyle and leisure amenities,
including a spa, gym, and swimming pool.
The ground-level retail and commercial
offerings, including shops, bars, and restaurants, creating a vibrant,
self-contained neighbourhood environment.
Cooper Homewood Ltd were appointed to
deliver the full design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public
health (MEP) services for the development. This included the detailed design of
building services across all residential blocks and amenity spaces, ensuring
comfort, efficiency, and compliance. CHL’s responsibilities also encompassed
the design of infrastructure for centralised energy systems, ventilation
strategies, lighting, and power distribution, all tailored to support the
complex mixed-use nature of the scheme.
